Bank made hundreds of calls during the 2 months while I was awaiting for the AKPK DMP to be approved ? Are banks going to charge me for the telephone bills ? Have they got the right to bill me ? I did NOT ask them to call ... they did NOT manage to get a single sen from me although they had tried hard to threaten on me . I really do NOT know whether they will charge me for the substantial calls they had made. I shall wait for the next statement to verify ....
Banks are nuts really, I had told them I was already in the AKPK DMP, they still insisted to make unecessary calls ... in the end, I still did NOT fork out a single sen until the AKPK approval letter arrived.
Real nuts , Banks!

ReplyDeletei just summit my application on Mon, hopefully can get approved soon.
i got some question to ask...
is there anyone not get approval from akpk?
i've been told that will receive saman to attend court due to outstanding payment, what shall i do?can i just ignore?
hope to get your reply soon.
thanks again!!
1. Do not know whether anyone failed to get the DMP approved ? What I was told , if AKPK 's queries on certain issues on yor application form and seek for your clarification and you are unable to provide a satisfactory answer, this may delay your application or rejection.
ReplyDelete2. Once you are in DMP, banks cannot take any court action on you. You can ignore all the mails from the Banks, as to the telephone calls, talk nicely to them insisting that you are in the DMP and payments shall be arranged by AKPK.
I wish you a success in your application.
ok...^_^
ReplyDeleteThanks for your reply.
I've read a few forums and blogs and some may not get to be in the DMP because their monthly payment, even after cutting this and that out, was outrageous. So, they were advice to either sell property or apply for bankruptcy. But, not everything written in forums and blogs can be trusted. So, just go to AKPK and ask for advice. It's FREE advice.
